About I.Doubt.It

Welcome to a magazine of news and opinion from the edges of technology, politics and science. Think of it as the written equivalent of your morning coffee – filtered through the refreshing bitterness of scepticism, sweetened with reason and humour, and served with crunchy little cartoons on the side.

I promise you something interesting every day. Obsessions include mobile devices, justice and equality, and the ridiculous business of being alive.

I•Doubt•It developed from the newsprint Microcosmopolitan column in the Galway City Tribune. Articles fall into four broad categories:

GGalway Now

Galway Now

Humour Advance notification that what you are about to read is meant to be funny. Just so’s you know.

Technology Stuff about technology, if that’s your bag. Mine is. I mean, my bag is technology. I have a technology bag.

Cosmography Cosmography literally means ‘Mapping the Universe’. Here I put posts about science, philosophy, art, religion, mathematics and, well, life.

Politics There’s no avoiding it is there? Irish and global politics, this way.

A lot of posts end up in more than one category. Most ones about Politics for example will also be satirical, so if they’re not under Humour as well then I was probably really annoyed about something.

I . Doubt . It articles appear daily or more often, and sometimes come with cartoons.
